Gay men required for ‘sexual elf services’

health news
from December 2007

The Centre for HIV and Sexual Health has joined forces with Sheffield Hallam University to launch a new campaign ensure the sexual health needs of gay and bisexual men are met. As part of the campaign, they’re are calling for ‘Men who have Sex with Men’ (MSM) in Sheffield to fill in an anonymous questionnaire about their sexual health needs and behaviour to help shape the campaign. It asks for their views about condom packaging, previous sexual health campaigns and opinions about leaflet information.

Steve Slack, Director of the Centre for HIV and Sexual Health said: ‘We have developed a questionnaire to ask MSM what they feel is necessary to ensure they have the services and resources that they need in order to stay safe and healthy. The questionnaire will be confidential and men willing to participate can do so either online, or in person. Men who complete the questionnaire are being urged to pass it on to as many men as they can.’ You can complete the questionnaire, be interviewed or take part in a discussion via any of the contact details below.
